The architecture of QPO India is designed to maximize speed of delivery, maintainability, and scalability by leveraging Wix’s platform-managed services while selectively using AWS for advanced processing. The entire user-facing experience is built on Wix using Velo, powering the storefront, product catalogs, product detail pages, cart, checkout flows, customer accounts, and static content. The UI is fully responsive, ensuring a smooth shopping experience across desktop and mobile devices, with optimized product galleries and configurations tailored for automotive accessories such as 5D car mats.

Core business logic is implemented using Wix Velo backend functions, which manage dynamic product filtering, cart and order processing, customer authentication and profile handling, pricing and inventory logic, custom enquiry and quote forms, and webhook-based order status updates. All operational data—including products, categories, orders, and customer records—is stored and managed using Wix Collections, enabling non-technical teams to maintain content while keeping the system scalable and reliable.

Checkout, payments, and fulfillment are handled through Wix’s native eCommerce and payment gateway services, providing secure transactions, tax handling, invoicing, and order tracking without relying on external payment infrastructure. Transactional communications such as order confirmations and status updates are configured using Wix’s built-in automation tools, ensuring consistent and timely customer communication.

For notifications and advanced customer engagement, standard email and SMS flows (order receipts, delivery updates, abandoned cart reminders) are managed within Wix, while more complex requirements—such as segmented campaigns, bulk messaging, or multi-channel alerts—are routed through AWS services like SES and SNS, triggered via secure serverless endpoints integrated with Wix Velo.

Analytics and reporting are enhanced using AWS, complementing Wix’s built-in dashboards. AWS Lambda functions and data stores are used to process larger datasets, generate custom business intelligence reports, schedule exports of aggregated sales and product performance data, and perform cohort and trend analysis across time periods. Secure API calls from Wix Velo invoke these AWS services for data extraction and transformation, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Media and asset delivery rely primarily on Wix’s native CDN for hosting product images, banners, and dynamic content, with optional synchronization to Amazon S3 and CloudFront for improved global performance and caching when handling large media volumes. Security and access control are managed through Wix’s authentication and session handling, while AWS endpoints are protected using API keys, IAM roles, and token validation to ensure secure, controlled access to backend services.
