Alumni records, event data, and communication logs are stored in Wix Collections, enabling structured data management while allowing non-technical administrators to manage content independently.

For communication workflows, the system integrates automated email notifications for event announcements, confirmations, and association updates using built-in Wix automation. Where advanced reporting or data aggregation is required, data exports and analytics are supported through AWS-based services, enabling leadership to analyze alumni participation, event engagement, and regional distribution securely and at scale.

Security is handled through Wix’s native authentication, access control, and session management, ensuring that alumni data remains protected while enabling smooth user experiences for members across different geographies.
